The varsity cheerleaders won the medium cheer division at the Wilmington HS Cheer Invitational this past Sunday, November 20th! Congratulations to all the team members on a wonderful victory. The team beat perennial state qualifier Yorkville HS and perennial state finalist Oak Forest HS en route to the championship!!! Their next competition is at the Midwest Cheerfest at Carl Sandburg HS on Sunday, December 4th.Sporting their new uniforms and led by 8 seniors, the team flipped, jumped, tumbled, danced, stunted and cheered their way to a close victory!!! Congratulations and good luck during the rest of your season!
